Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in working in an outbound sales environment supporting various international partners
  • Proven and successful track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably in the B2B exhibition industry
  • Has successfully shown strategic thinking initiatives
  • Experience managing a sales team, assessing and building a high-performing, driven team of direct sales reps
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent consultative skills, knowledge of partnering with stakeholders and experts at different levels to generate outcomes and results
  • The ability to succeed in a quota driven environment
  • Cold calling, account penetration, and ability to sell throughout the entire organization to final sale is required
  • Must be able to guide, coach, influence and motivate Sales Executives

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Executive in achieving sales goals and objectives, usually by implementing and revising sales strategies and by directing and motivating the sales team
  • As part of implementing sales campaigns: set attainable objectives by forecasting quotas and frequent review of dashboard reports where opportunities are closely monitored and progressed to convert a prospect into a customer
  • Assist the Sales Executive to review and manage pipeline of events to ensure continuous prospect opportunities for each event
  • Perform miscellaneous activities, including cold calling and hands-on Sales Executive work
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
  • Partner with the Sales Leaders and Analyst to execute and implement sales strategies that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Prepare action plans by individuals, as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
  • Effectively communicate with the Sales Manager to understand training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of the Executive’s sales performance
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead in identifying the need for planning and the implementation of all L&D program
  • Providing regular and ongoing feedback to other local sales leaders and your line manager on progress with all new hires and other sales employees within your team
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Ensure that all Business Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes
  • Set examples for Sales Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational selling skills and work habit
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales Executives to build motivation and selling skills
  • Conduct call quality assessments and providing coaching and feedback to our sales employees in Manila
