Requirements

  • 8+ years or equivalent experience in building relationships and influencing clients at relevant media agencies or at brands
  • Strong knowledge of digital environments (display, video, mobile) and online marketing techniques and technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges etc.)
  • Demonstrated competency and experience in working with Fortune 500 clients directly and navigating complex business and meeting situations
  • Skilled in nurturing and building both agency and client direct relationships, with specific focus on the Omnicom patch (e.g., MGOMD, PHD UK, Omnigov)
  • Strategic and commercial individual capable of consultative cross-selling and upselling
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse and articulate information with product team to then relay to agency teams in a simplified manner

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new areas within a client organization (e.g., in-house ecommerce, analytics or social content teams) not currently covered by core measurement/programmatic solutions and engaging the client to perform upsells
  • Partnering with relevant stakeholders and other internal DV resources to convey the value of DV solutions already used by the customer, and to identify, pitch, and close upsell opportunities
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with senior client stakeholders to develop client-specific value propositions, positioning DoubleVerify as a strategic/preferred partner
  • Reviewing customer product usage and identifying gaps in knowledge or products to best meet customers' needs
  • Identifying additional contacts across an organization to educate on DV, making DV solutions ‘stickier’ with the client while uncovering additional upsell opportunities
  • Working with Programmatic and Social specialists to ensure partnerships and additional product adoption is onboarded effectively
  • Leading the response to RFPs/RFIs when issued by an existing customer
  • Evangelising DoubleVerify’s value proposition, best practices and perspectives to customers and industry peers via events, webinars, and other direct client communication channels
  • Organizing, requesting and presenting QBRs with insights provided from account management team
  • Defining the key retention growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on relevant client and agency stakeholders, and client/opportunity prioritization
  • Ensuring revenue pipeline and activity is maintained, providing timely management / Salesforce reporting as required
  • Attending industry events and following up with leads generated in a timely fashion
