Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in selling new solutions or upselling existing solutions, with a proven track record of significant revenue growth. The role requires the ability to rapidly assess client environments and prioritize growth opportunities, manage complex sales with multiple senior stakeholders, and demonstrate excellent business communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in industry-leading sales methodologies, Salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word is essential. An ownership mindset, problem-solving abilities, curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous growth mindset are also required. Travel of at least 40% onsite to customers is expected.
The Sales Specialist IV is responsible for cultivating customer relationships and understanding their business challenges to identify how Dun & Bradstreet's Sales & Marketing Solutions can provide value. Key duties include acting as a trusted advisor, developing new accounts or expanding existing ones through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling. The specialist will map D&B solutions to customer needs, contribute to account-specific strategies, demonstrate product capabilities, overcome objections, and drive credibility with compelling success stories. They will also act as a liaison between customers and product development teams, maintain accurate data in SFDC for territory and account planning, and participate in account planning and business reviews.
