Extensive product knowledge

Availability for full-time role (35-40 hours per week)
Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift up to 30 pounds, and use close vision

Responsibilities

Support a best-in-class level of customer service
Meet store and metric goals
Emulate the brand aesthetic and embody a strong sense of fashion
Ensure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into the store
Provide assistance to the Visual Merchandising team on floor sets, window changes, and other projects as needed
Assist with inventory and stock management
Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone
Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service
Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere
