Requirements

  • Experience working within a sales environment, particularly with phone-based sales (cold calling) and field meetings
  • Fantastic speaker and listener with the ability to quickly connect and establish relationships with potential partners (e.g., bakeries, restaurants, cafes)
  • Zero fear of the phone and tenacity to keep trying when things get tough

  • Data-driven, with experience working with a CRM and basic knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

  • Engage with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, florists, hotels, and bakeries in Braga and surrounding cities via phone calls, meetings, emails, and messaging
  • Conduct cold outreach and outbound calls to sign new partnerships daily
  • Educate and persuade potential partners on the benefits of joining Too Good To Go through negotiation and powerful communication
  • Identify store needs using customer service techniques in cold calls, online, and live meetings to curate the best setup
  • Onboard and train new stores and their employees for long-term success on the platform
  • Follow up with stores for the first 4 weeks to ensure they are fully set up and maximizing impact
  • Optimize new sales processes, provide sales coaching, perform data analysis, and find synergies with other teams
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high volume of calls and communications, with face-to-face or online meetings in north Portugal
