Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four years of equivalent professional experience in sales or a related field
  • 2-5 years in outside commercial sales with a demonstrated record of achievement

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of technical and reprocessed medical products to both new and existing customers
  • Create and manage lead generation plans
  • Inform customers of new products and pricing
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives in partnership with healthcare facilities
  • Generate revenue through the sales of reprocessed medical devices
  • Execute sales plans under the guidance of the Regional Manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, educating them on programs and their environmental and financial benefits
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs, achieve revenue goals, and drive growth within territory
  • Strengthen customer relationships by fostering long-term partnerships and addressing evolving needs
  • Conduct business reviews and presentations to educate and influence stakeholders
  • Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer concerns, support product training, and ensure successful program implementation
