  • Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel

  • Strategic in developing new customers when prospecting and following up on company generated leads

Responsibilities

  • Instill confidence in surgeons and operating room members as a subject matter expert on Treace products and procedures
  • Develop new customers through prospecting and following up on company-generated leads
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support selling, market development, service efforts, clinical events, and business continuity
