Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Flemish (other languages like French, Spanish, Arabic are a plus but not required)
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment (background in hospitality is a plus)
  • Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast
  • Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test-and-learn setting
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Flanders, using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM
  • Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system - TheFork Manager - that includes among other features: online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services
  • Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager
  • Own the full sales cycle — from outreach to successful onboarding and activation
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go-to-market strategy and supporting future scale-up
