  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Must have active driver’s license
  • Excellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean languages
  • Computer and MS Office proficient
  • Industry experience highly regarded (Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical)
  • Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's PV products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
  • Achieve sales revenue targets for a specified territory
  • Practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control
