  • Strong daily interaction and communication skills with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Escrow) and clients, with proactive and timely responses

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business revenue opportunities
  • Meet sales quotas or revenue targets set by management
  • Build and service customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Develop business contacts with Title Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Attorneys; secure new orders and expand existing business
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads from various sources and develop/execute call plans
  • Assess individual client needs and develop, present, and implement plans to meet those needs
  • Attend real estate industry functions, community, and real estate events for visibility
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content (print, electronic) and social media presence
  • Create or adapt and deliver presentations to customers, agents, and others
  • Interact daily with Operations, Marketing, and Escrow branches
  • Communicate proactively and respond timely to clients
