Requirements

  • 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred)
  • Approximately 20% travel required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile
  • Physical: Medium work (exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects); coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; visual and auditory discrimination/memory; reading ability and memory retention
  • Mental: Exercise discretion and independence; manage time, projects, stress, and conflict; strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication); ability to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision; ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records; ability to communicate and present to large groups; unwavering ethics & integrity

Responsibilities

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customers’ needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings
  • Track territory progress and proactively communicate wins to the Regional Manager
  • Solve product problems and inform customers on proper product use and maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service
