Requirements

2-5 years of experience working in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferred)
Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent of five (5) years of commercial sales experience or medical field experience including operating room experience
Must be able to drive an automobile
Confident communicator who can command the direction of a sales conversation and persuade others
Charismatic networker who proactively builds relationships with internal and external contacts
Strategic closer who exceeds quarterly sales quotas

Responsibilities

Prepare and participate in leading sales pitches and demo meetings
Work with cross-divisional sales reps to create strategic goals and targets
Participate in trade shows
Analyze market territory
Manage inventory reports
Negotiate prices and terms of transactions
Solve product problems for customers
Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff about the use and maintenance of products
Direct product evaluations in the Operating Room or office settings
Promote and sell Stryker Sports Medicine products
Train doctors on product usage
Generate growth of sports medicine sales
