  • Expertise in Nuclear Medicine modality, including product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence
  • Ability to correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information
  • Experience in adult education and training delivery
  • Capability to analyze technical learning needs and design/deliver training solutions
  • Some autonomy in execution with judgment, typically under guidance, following standard functional practices and procedures

Responsibilities

  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Nuclear Medicine modality
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers
  • In partnership with customers, develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreement (SOA) to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Collaborate and coordinate delivery of customer training with sales, project management, and other service teams per SOA/terms and conditions
  • Drive revenue realization through execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery
  • Produce comprehensive, consistent, and timely documentation pre- through post-training
  • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support over the product lifecycle
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and report product/customer concerns or opportunities to Management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support
  • Enhance customer experience using Customer Learning Journey wing-to-wing training process and modality expertise
