  • Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences to increase market share and enhance satisfaction
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking functions
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, agents, and industry stakeholders
  • Visit existing and prospective customers regularly to strengthen connections and uncover new opportunities
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, principals, and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Engage with domestic and international partners to support the efficient delivery of air freight solutions
  • Lead agency arrangements and stakeholder engagement initiatives to strengthen operational and commercial outcomes
  • Manage and report on sales performance, revenue, and margin targets
  • Contribute to budget planning, projections, and forecasting
