Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/medical sales role, demonstrate good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite programs such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, and possess knowledge and experience with sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations. A valid driver’s license and fluency in Polish with good communication skills in English (for international trainings) are also required, along with availability to work in the field (małopolskie and podkarpackie).

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Spine products to meet customers’ needs, conduct product evaluations in the OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products, communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges, manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential, provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to customers, manage and maintain sample inventory of products meticulously, adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility, and participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
