The Sales Representative will engage with customers over the phone, handling both inbound (50%) and outbound (50%) calls to assist with inquiries, orders, and requests, providing efficient and accurate service with a friendly and approachable experience; they will follow up on customer inquiries and orders, maintain proper call etiquette demonstrating empathy and attentiveness, accurately manage and calculate sales data, use CRM and internal tools for documentation and follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer needs, and adhere to a fixed schedule aligned with New York business hours.
