In this role, you will strengthen your skills as a consultant, as well as broaden your experience and business vision in the Private and Government markets.

Requirements

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 50% English proficiency.
  • Desirable experience in negotiations with hospitals and/or basic frameworks (private and decentralized).
  • Satisfactory latest MyPM qualification (Internal Candidates).
  • SPP metrics at target (Internal Candidates).
  • Sales performance in Segment 1 and Segment 2, or Sales Representatives who have grown their territory by 2 Quintiles in the last year (Internal Candidates).
  • Verifiable successful commercial results in the last two years (External Candidates).
  • Adherence to Leadership Behaviors (clear and assertive communication, commitment, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, action, empathy).
  • High personal and professional ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for market opening and demand generation in the Rheumatology market within private and health sector institutions (IMSS, ISSSTE & HDE).
  • Responsible for access and management in purchasing processes in Decentralized Institutions.
  • Search and development of new business in Private and Decentralized markets.

Territory Information

  • Base Location: Monterrey
  • Travel Zone: Coahuila (Torreón, Terrestre, 2 Nights), Saltillo (Terrestre, 1 Night), Monclova (Terrestre, 1 Night).
  • Average Travel Days per Month: 4 to 5 days.
