Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job
Reside in or willing to personally relocate to the St. Louis metro area (territory includes Creve Coeur, Washington, South St. Louis County, and Farmington; no full financial relocation assistance)
Demonstrated sales leadership results
Excellent communicator with strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Problem solver able to adapt in a changing environment and make independent decisions to handle competing priorities
Excellent organization and time management skills
Knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet
Professional sales experience and/or dental/healthcare background (preferred: healthcare and beauty care product sales, dental/oral care sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, consumer goods, science background, or qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist)
Responsibilities
Represent Crest, Oral-B, and Procter & Gamble to Dental Health Professionals as the critical first point of contact in the field
Drive usage and recommendation of products amongst Dental Health Professionals in the assigned territory
Collaborate with manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets
Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support
