Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job
  • Reside in or willing to personally relocate to the St. Louis metro area (territory includes Creve Coeur, Washington, South St. Louis County, and Farmington; no full financial relocation assistance)
  • Demonstrated sales leadership results
  • Excellent communicator with strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Problem solver able to adapt in a changing environment and make independent decisions to handle competing priorities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet
  • Professional sales experience and/or dental/healthcare background (preferred: healthcare and beauty care product sales, dental/oral care sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, consumer goods, science background, or qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist)

Responsibilities

  • Represent Crest, Oral-B, and Procter & Gamble to Dental Health Professionals as the critical first point of contact in the field
  • Drive usage and recommendation of products amongst Dental Health Professionals in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support
