Schedule Options:

• Weekday Shifts: Flexible availability between 9:00 AM to Midnight Eastern Time.
• Weekend Shifts: Flexible availability on Saturdays and Sundays between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Commitment: Minimum of 8 hours of commitment per week requested. Ability to flex hours up or down based on student demand.
• Summer Hours: Available but not required.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking independently licensed 1099 therapists to provide virtual therapy to college students across the United States. This is a fully remote position. Compensation:

• Intake Session (60-minute): $78
• Follow-up Session (45-minute): $58
• No-Show Appointments: $30
• Training & Meetings (per hour): $60 (for monthly therapy training and all-hands meetings)

Your Responsibilities as a Mantra Licensed Therapist:

• Deliver high-quality, meaningful virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions (e.g., MI, CBT, ACT, DBT).
• Utilize our advanced collaboration portal to connect with and support students.
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers for cohesive care.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of all clinical interactions.
• Partner with the administrative support team to optimize student care.
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios.
• Become proficient in our unique care model to effectively support college students and refine therapeutic skills.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Missouri (MO).
• Multi-state Licensure: An advantage, as we operate in all 50 states.
• Skills: Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with clear diagnostic assessments.
