Requirements

  • University degree preferably with Business / Finance, Sales or Engineering background
  • 2-3 year experience in an Administrative position would be of advantage
  • Fluent English both oral and written
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong communication skills and very good team player
  • Open to learning and development and flexibility to join a dynamic and fast paced working environment
  • Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) and holding a disability report with a minimum of 40% (it is must)
  • For hybrid roles: applicants should be able to commute to Maslak İstanbul location

Responsibilities

  • Operational support to the Sales and Commercial teams
  • Working with Sales and Commercial teams to drive accuracy of data in the CRM
  • Designs and delivers regular and ad-hoc reports that give the insight required to manage the business
  • Supporting the Sales and Finance functions in maintaining quarterly revenue forecasts
  • Administrating sales incentives, including setting targets and tracking performance
  • Working on operational activities
  • Help with strategic account planning
  • Quality control of Statements of Work and support for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)
