At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in electronics distribution industry
Good experience in managing RFQ
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong solution-mindset

Responsibilities

Process quotation requests
Provide customer support to new and current business
Collaborate with Sales teams
Adhere to quote strategies to win new business
Provide accurate and competitive pricing
Meet branch target percentage
Gather marketing information regarding customers, competitors, and pricing
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
Support customers with additional requirements (e.g., offer stock, competitor parts, datasheets, certificates)
