Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations
  • Expert knowledge of: SFDC, Marketo, Salesloft, NotebookLM
  • Experience with: Salesforce, Salesloft, Scratchpad, Chorus, and Slack-integrated systems
  • Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural intuition for numbers and data
  • Comfortable analyzing data using Metabase or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and business judgment skills
  • High degree of accuracy and excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy
  • Help implement a "single source of truth" by integrating data from various platforms into Salesforce
  • Support the development and refinement of dashboards and reports to track GTM performance
  • Create and nurture feedback loops from cross-functional partners
  • Manage GTM tooling and vendor relationships
  • Build, document, and implement effective practices for MQL management
