Sales Operations Manager

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth tech company. They should possess strong SaaS and financial literacy, fluency in HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Looker, and be skilled in CRM reporting with preference for HubSpot experience. Detail-orientedness, project management skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and process quality are also required.
As the Sales Strategy & Operations role, the individual will analyze business dynamics and improve core GTM performance dashboards and reports, optimize the sales cycle by identifying growth opportunities, drive data hygiene across the sales funnel, support strategic planning by providing historical data for informed decision-making, drive process improvements to Sales workflows, optimize sales systems, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other teams to align resources with sales needs and forecasted growth. They will also lead the roll-out and adoption of new processes or workflows, manage both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and be comfortable with ambiguity while preferring a collaborative approach across multiple teams.
