Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics and have at least 7 years of project or program management experience, preferably in treasury, fintech, or financial operations. A minimum of 2 years of Kyriba experience, including the implementation or administration of multiple modules, is required. Additionally, proven ability to manage both strategic and tactical delivery as a Program Manager and Business Analyst, experience managing banking relationships and external partner coordination, and highly organized project tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution skills are necessary. Demonstrable knowledge and passion for bitcoin and cryptocurrency with a security-first mindset, along with advanced knowledge of Google suite products, are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will own the Kyriba platform and program end-to-end, including planning, execution, integration, control design, change management, optimization, and support. This role involves acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst to translate business needs into executable system and process plans. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional coordination between Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Compliance, implementing and optimizing Kyriba modules, and managing ERP, bank, and other API connectivity. The Program Manager will also oversee risk management, develop and maintain project documentation, provide user training and adoption support, lead Treasury-related projects, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
