Requirements

  • College or University graduate with a degree in Business or a similar program
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to support events in Ontario
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate large national events with Specialty Sales Managers
  • Maintain, update, and communicate internal systems, such as Showpad and Salesforce, to the Specialty Sales team
  • Provide report outs to Specialty Sales Managers on a monthly basis
  • Act as liaison between agencies, select buying group, reporting monthly statements, payments, and programming
  • Work with Product and Channel teams to support the Specialty Sales team with programs and new products
  • Act as conduit between Territory Managers and Branch Coverage Reps to ensure consistency across the country and driving incremental sales
  • Support in Fleet administration duties
