Responsibilities

  • Analyze, provide data insights, and improve the sales process within Stryker
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement, implement new processes and tools, and enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and sales reps
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, incentive compensation, operations) to align sales activities with business goals
  • Act as a single point of contact for the sales team in a geographical region (LatAm) for building innovative, analytical sales operations processes and tools
  • Collaborate with sales management and Divisional commercial Analysts to provide data-based consultancy during yearly sales territories and targets setting, including regular updates and advice on leveraging tools
  • Deliver information, KPIs, and standardized reports to support Region commercial senior leadership
  • Engage in initiatives to drive governance of standardized sales dashboards
  • Manage and maintain accurate information in sales-related systems and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation software)
  • Analyze commercial data and interact with Commercial Analysts and divisional leaders to disseminate customer insights
  • Collect, consolidate, analyze, and maintain data on account sales potential; collaborate with IT to build/test necessary infrastructure
  • Coordinate, validate, and reconcile sales data with business functions (e.g., Customer Service, Finance, MdM) following a framework
  • Support territory management, end-of-year target setting, and commissions
  • Create and execute BI/CRM tool training programs for sales/marketing users
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive sales performance and growth
