Requirements

  • Relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in calculating and managing sales commission processes, including interpreting compensation plans, ensuring accurate payouts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent in English
  • Structured, with strong organizational skills, accountable, efficient, proactive, highly communicative, and strong team player

Responsibilities

  • Calculate sales commissions and lead initiatives to automate and streamline the commission process
  • Oversee the accuracy of sales forecasts by collaborating closely with the sales team for timely updates
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and maintenance to support reliable reporting and decision-making
  • Oversee the fulfillment of sales processes to guarantee adherence and efficiency
  • Create and update CRM reports, other reports, and dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics
  • Act as a champion for sales tools by updating user documentation, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing user support
  • Address inquiries from the sales team and other functions within Genedata regarding tools and processes
  • Test new CRM functionalities before deployment to ensure they meet production standards
