Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Operations Analyst (preferred)
  • 1-2 years minimum experience working with sales teams and generating reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical proficiency in data analysis, Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and SFDC
  • Experience with SQL, Outreach, ConnectandSell, Drift, Regie.ai, and database management (a plus)
  • Strong communication skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences
  • Organization skills and time management

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from sources like SFDC, Tableau, and large Excel files
  • Create reports and dashboards tracking KPIs (e.g., conversions, win rates, sales cycle length, pipeline contribution)
  • Present findings to sales teams and senior management
  • Develop and refine sales forecasts using historical data and pipeline analysis to predict revenue/lead conversion
  • Evaluate sales processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Recommend and implement changes to streamline workflows and improve productivity via projects and cross-functional partnerships
  • Maintain team roster and updates to sales tools for data accuracy and completeness (CRM management)
  • Design sales territories, roles, and responsibilities for coverage
  • Create incentive or compensation plans to motivate the sales team
  • Manage ticket requests with prompt responses to support sales teams efficiently
