  • Oversee and analyse state sales performance and margin expansion
  • Develop and execute customer growth plans focusing on key customers
  • Target top 10 state end users with growth plans
  • Coach and support the sales team to ensure disciplined sales execution
  • Expand margins through directional selling and manage product mix
  • Lead the Southeast Victorian Field team with a focus on driving growth and profitability by developing and executing sales plans and strengthening customer relationships
