Requirements
Experience in strategic sales and customer relationship development
Previous experience in a leadership position within a sales or similar environment
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Experience using various computer systems such as Microsoft, SharePoint, Salesforce or similar
Ability to analyse sales performance and drive margin expansion
Experience in training and coaching team members on features and benefits of products
Experience or exposure in the Tool Industry, Construction or similar (highly regarded)
Responsibilities
Oversee and analyse state sales performance and margin expansion
Develop and execute customer growth plans focusing on key customers
Target top 10 state end users with growth plans
Coach and support the sales team to ensure disciplined sales execution
Expand margins through directional selling and manage product mix
Lead the Southeast Victorian Field team with a focus on driving growth and profitability by developing and executing sales plans and strengthening customer relationships
