Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 6 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years of proven sales management experience specifically within the ASEAN region. Experience leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in the SMB market is essential, as is the ability to lead from the front and be hands-on to close deals. Strong sales operational skills, including SFDC reporting, forecasting, and data analysis, are required, along with excellent structured communication and relationship management skills. The ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager SMB, ASEAN will be responsible for directly managing the ASEAN SMB Sales team and developing and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the region in collaboration with the team and key stakeholders. This includes leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of SMB Account Executives and Account Managers, attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing talent, and driving a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve sales goals. The role involves developing scalable processes for consistent execution, actively monitoring sales pipelines and activities, assisting the team throughout the sales cycle, creating a cohesive cross-functional environment, and developing internal and external candidate pipelines.
