  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Small Business Sales Specialists, fostering their professional growth and optimizing team performance
  • Regularly prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to the Philippine Sales Leader, updating on team activities, progress, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Lead a team of account executives focused on driving growth and expanding the client base
  • Engage with potential customers, understand their unique needs, and deliver effective solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Management teams to ensure alignment with company growth objectives
  • Coach the team to achieve short- and long-term goals and recruit top talent
