Responsibilities

  • Manage External Wholesalers (Regional Sales Directors) and Inbound Sales Desk Consultants
  • Ensure wholesalers drive territory growth by creating and maintaining relationships with independent broker-dealer contacts and advisors to position mutual fund platform
  • Oversee Inbound Sales Desk team handling inbound calls from producers and firms, providing sales materials
  • Assist Regional Sales Consultants (RSCs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) with outbound call campaigns
  • Deliver sales results and ensure all regions perform as expected with sales results and KPI metrics
  • Diversify distribution through new producers and new broker-dealer contacts
  • Increase advisor persistency at producer and broker-dealer level
  • Work in conjunction with other Voya business units
  • Execute marketing campaigns (phone calls, emails, webcasts, meetings, breakouts, websites, follow-up) and align distribution resources to maximize sales effectiveness
  • Improve advisor and firm distribution experience
  • Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served
  • Manage call/activity/quality metrics for positions
  • Other duties as assigned
