We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Australia & New Zealand team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging potential clients, developing interest in Kaleris products and services, qualifying leads, developing new business, and maintaining key relationships with significant accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of enterprise business development/sales experience, preferably within the marine terminal, shipping, supply chain, logistics industry, 3PL, and/or direct experience scaling high-growth B2B tech companies.
    • Knowledge of container terminal operations, yard management operations with shippers, and/or general cargo is a plus.
    • Proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, with a consistent track record of over-achieving quotas.
    • MarTech experience is a plus.
    • Outstanding verbal and presentation skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
    • A proactive "hunter" with the skills to source, close deals, and scale an effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy in a relationship-based industry.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in supply chain, trucking/warehousing, and/or container logistics industries.
    • Prior experience building GTM/Sales strategies for industries undergoing digital transformation.
    • Strategic thinking and high-value selling capabilities (critical for educating and presenting Kaleris's revolutionary technologies to the marketplace).

Responsibilities

  • Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for your respective territory, acting as the "CEO" of your territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, providing clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to resolve client engagement and retention challenges, acting as a trusted advisor to key accounts on user engagement and retention strategies.
  • Build and maintain C-Level relationships within Enterprise Accounts.
  • Nurture prospective clients by sharing insights on industry trends and innovative solutions for key challenges across the ecosystem.
  • Evaluate key trends in the supply chain & logistics industry and identify emerging trends to help shape the future of our products.
  • Manage partnerships and support lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues on driving cross-functional, cross-channel marketing efforts to meet growth objectives.
  • Proactively track competitor movements in the market.
