Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of enterprise business development/sales experience within the marine terminal, shipping, supply chain, logistics industry, 3PL, or direct experience scaling a high-growth B2B tech company. Knowledge of container terminal operations, yard management operations with shippers, and general cargo is preferred. Proven SaaS sales closing experience, including Enterprise Sales, and a consistent record of exceeding quotas is required. Strong verbal and presentation skills, self-starter ability, and the capacity to operate independently are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will communicate with potential clients to develop interest in Kaleris products and services, qualify leads, develop new business, and maintain key relationships with significant accounts. They will align with internal teams, create go-to-market plans, manage the end-to-end sales process, analyze client engagement and retention challenges, build and maintain C-Level relationships, nurture prospective clients with industry trends, evaluate key supply chain trends, partner with marketing, track competitor movements, and act as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
