Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience leading a team of Account Executives with a proven track record in the Mid-Market sector. They should possess the ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and manage the implementation of sales initiatives. A deep understanding of business metrics and the ability to analyze and communicate complex data insights are essential. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required, along with native proficiency in German.

Responsibilities

They will attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent while fostering a high-performance culture to meet sales goals.
