Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of laboratory instruments and working processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial activities for the business unit in MIST countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand) through distributors and/or direct sales
  • Achieve sales objectives, manage budget, maintain accounts, manage time independently, and keep business manager apprised of critical decisions
  • Manage and drive relationships with distributors to develop and grow MDx business
  • Analyze and report market conditions affecting trends, account status, market potential, competitor strategies, and pricing
  • Identify and establish relationships with decision-makers in the local health care system, such as KOLs, molecular experts, government agencies, and regulatory bodies
  • Set plans for employees, coach them to achieve goals, help with their development, inspire the team, and operate in a legal and ethical manner ensuring compliance in marketing products and services
  • Perform other activities or special projects as assigned by management or direct manager
  • Promote and/or sell the organization's products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory by contacting specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and/or distributors
