Requirements

  • Strong skills in commercial management
  • Strong experience in leading indirect channel
  • Strong experience in capital equipment sales
  • Experience in medical devices, microsurgery and microscopy business
  • Experience with cultural differences and global corporation’s environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or equivalent
  • English (advanced level)
  • Spanish desired (advanced level)
  • Ability to travel 65% of time – including overnight, within territory and international territories
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and valid Visa and Passport

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute effectively strategic growth plan (short, middle and long terms) to reach a sustainable growth in line with the global and regional corporation strategy
  • Lead indirect sales channel effectiveness through CRM (SFDC) and rigorously funnel management and financial Acumen to understand business financial concepts
  • Develop and optimize sales coverage through selection of indirect sales partners with continuous improvement mindset and increasing visibility, market share and handle discount level/ product mix to optimize profitability
  • Effectiveness in commercial execution, forecast process, standard work, daily management, Key performance indicators (KPI) and action plans to reach a sustainable growth in sales, and market share in the region
  • Support market research and analysis (VOC) in close co-operation with channel partners
  • Travel to conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, meetings with final users and channel partners in Latin America region
