Strategic Sales Representative

Position Overview

Cribl is seeking an ambitious, adaptable, and enthusiastic Strategic Sales Representative. This role is responsible for articulating Cribl's value proposition and executing proven sales processes, focusing on customer-centric solutions and building strong, enduring customer relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a commitment to prioritizing customers.

$150,000 - $165,000 USD (dependent on geographic location)

Note: The salary offered will be based on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan and a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to all levels within an organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Provide predictable forecasting and consistently hit sales targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level Organizations.
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISOs/CIOs).
  • Experience working with at least one early-stage start-up organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing new logos from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be based in Oregon or Washington, live local to the territory, and have a track record of successfully selling into the region.
