Requirements

  • Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work and strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in real estate, investment consulting, or holiday home management
  • Proven success in selling to UK clients and closing high-value property transactions
  • Strong understanding of Dubai off-plan and short-term rental opportunities
  • Fluent in English (native or fluent); additional languages are a plus

  • Strong CRM, pipeline management, and client engagement skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage property sales targeting UK-based investors, offering ready and off-plan properties tailored for investment and short-term rental
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients, brokers, and referral networks to drive lead generation and revenue growth
  • Manage, coach, and grow the internal real estate sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based buyers, offering strategic investment guidance and full-cycle sales support
  • Collaborate with internal teams (property management, marketing) to align sales efforts with client needs and rental income projections
  • Maintain an updated understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, investor expectations, and legal frameworks relevant to international buyers
  • Track and manage your pipeline using the CRM, reporting performance KPIs and forecasting accurately
  • Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior agents and sharing market insights
