Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and grow the internal real estate sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance culture
Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based buyers, offering strategic investment guidance and full-cycle sales support
Collaborate with internal teams (property management, marketing) to align sales efforts with client needs and rental income projections
Maintain an updated understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, investor expectations, and legal frameworks relevant to international buyers
Track and manage your pipeline using the CRM, reporting performance KPIs and forecasting accurately
Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior agents and sharing market insights
