  • Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company products in a given industry segment or market
  • Develop sales plan and manage customer funnel to achieve business plan targets for company products and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through iterative management of listening to customer feedback and developing offerings
  • Lead the selling opportunities identification, customer-back solutions offerings, satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement
