Requirements

  • Extensive experience building, managing, and coaching a high-performing enterprise sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of business in South Africa.
  • Ability to define and execute an industry Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a value-driven sales environment.
  • Experience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level (internal and external).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy for South Africa, aligning with company growth objectives.
  • Manage a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact.
  • Communicate and align strategy across the UiPath Ecosystem of GSI’s, Focus Partners, Technology and Academic alliances.
  • Become the Industry evangelist in South Africa, representing UiPath’s differentiated AI-driven Automation thought leadership.
  • Create a culture of high performance, focusing on talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun, and representing UiPath values.
  • Remain at the leading edge of AI/Automation to ensure UiPath provides thought leadership to address customer mission-critical business challenges.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with account sponsors to track progress on priorities and targets.
  • Establish reference accounts.
