  • Preparing a master’s degree in Business/Engineering School or University

Responsibilities

  • Develop turnover and market shares of P&G brands within your sector (10-million euros turnover over ~50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives)
  • Act as P&G representative for department managers and store managers
  • Negotiate presence of P&G products on shelves and fast arrival of innovations
  • Negotiate merchandising to improve visibility of P&G brands on shelves
  • Negotiate discounts, including orders volume and dramatization
  • Work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales representatives to guarantee perfect execution of the action plan negotiated with customers
  • Participate in monthly 2-day team meetings and annual Sales Force/HQ gatherings
