Requirements

  • Lives near or willing to relocate to Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, and be in the office a majority of the week
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership, management, or team-lead role, preferably managing an SDR or BDR function, with exceptional ability to motivate, coach, and develop entry-level sales talent
  • Three or more years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least one to two years as a top-performing SDR or BDR
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce required) and sales engagement platforms like Gong, Hubspot, and/or SalesLoft
  • Proficient in analyzing pipeline metrics, activity data, and sales process efficiency to make strategic decisions
  • Proven knowledge of modern sales methodologies, such as the Challenger Sale or MEDDIC

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop talent by providing daily, hands-on coaching and professional development to the BDR team, focusing on prospecting, objection handling, and qualification skills; set clear performance expectations, manage to key metrics, and foster a high-energy, supportive team environment
  • Drive pipeline and optimize process by developing and executing the lead generation strategy, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals; maximize the effectiveness of the sales tech stack (like Salesforce and AI tools) and continuously refine the sales development process to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate across Hudl by serving as the primary liaison with Account Executives for smooth lead handoffs; partner with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality; and work with Revenue Operations to analyze pipeline data and report on team performance
