Requirements

  • 8+ years of total sales experience
  • 4+ years of SaaS selling experience as an individual contributor
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • Fluency in various qualification frameworks and sales methodologies – ability to adapt to new methodologies as business needs dictate
  • Aptitude in managing sales cycles with regulation and compliance needs
  • Passion to build a customer first, high performing sales culture
  • Competency in navigating a complex decision team
  • Innate curiosity to fully understand customer needs & requirements

Responsibilities

  • Be a mentor, leader, and coach for your team – driving revenue results and helping them realize their full potential
  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations
  • Coach your sales team by directly participating in client meetings, creating and executing account strategies to drive deals forward efficiently and reporting on pipeline
  • Take a consultative sales approach with many different personas, particularly quality managers in the life-sciences space
  • Influence cross-functionally at the leadership level
  • Scale your impact and influence strategic decisions through cross-functional partnership
  • Forecast team pipeline and deliver on quarterly objectives
