Requirements

  • Proven experience leading SDR, BDR, or inside sales teams, ideally within a B2B SaaS or professional services environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed qualified pipeline generation targets for the legal and tax market
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies across key segments (law firms, corporates, public sector, and accountancy practices)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to align messaging, campaigns, and lead follow-up processes
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics such as conversion rates, activity volumes, and pipeline contribution
  • Implement data-driven performance management to identify improvement areas and replicate best practices
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop SDRs, creating a high-performing, motivated, and customer-centric culture
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline hygiene
  • Represent the SDR function in strategic discussions about market segmentation, go-to-market plans, and demand generation initiatives
  • Maintain a strong understanding of LexisNexis products, the competitive landscape, and customer pain points
