Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing quota-carrying representatives. A proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams is essential, along with a strong understanding of SaaS sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, and BANT. Experience in forecasting and managing pipeline across multiple sales segments, as well as strong cross-functional collaboration skills, are required. Construction tech or adjacent industry experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives across various segments, driving team quota attainment through strategic guidance and hands-on deal support. Responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and optimizing sales processes, providing accurate team forecasting and pipeline visibility using Salesforce, and partnering with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success for aligned go-to-market execution. The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent, establishing a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and reporting on performance metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
