Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance skills and performance
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to ensure targets are met and resources are utilized effectively
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth
  • Formulate sales plans and provide tactical input to leadership
  • Manage key client relationships, provide expertise and consultation for complex problems, and participate in important negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Allocate and manage sales territories to ensure optimal coverage and maximize opportunities
