Responsibilities

  • Deliver the sales plan and grow the sales team
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and Customer Account Leaders (CALs) within CG, MU, Market or Services to ensure sales strategy aligns with business objectives
  • Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and business areas
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team and ensure they meet sales objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in the sales domain
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive performance and achieve sales targets
