  • Lead, mentor, and support a geographically dispersed sales team of 8, including Sales Representatives and a Team Leader

  • Ensure alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical landscape across Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
