Responsibilities
Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with key customers by proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
Develop understanding of product categories and markets
Build business plans and contribute to external negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising, and promotions
Collaborate with customer team and other functions (e.g., Brand management, Supply Network Operations, Finance)
Make commercial recommendations for a category (e.g., Laundry with Ariel, Oral Care with Oral B, Hair Care with Head & Shoulders) to improve turnover and sales fundamentals via budget, assortment, and promotion strategies
Work alongside Brand leaders on strategic choices
Handle client responsibilities from A-Z, developing negotiating, sales, financial, marketing, analytical, and logistical skills
Focus externally on national key customers and online retailers, understanding customer and shopper needs
Take ownership of at least one or two big projects from day one
