This is an entry-level internship opportunity for a motivated individual seeking to gain experience in business aviation and sales. The FBO Bulk Sales Intern will support the sales and account management team, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. It’s a great chance to develop expertise in the energy industry and learn foundational sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide support in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Participate in financial calculations to assess basic ROI and support margin evaluations under supervision.
• Learn and apply foundational financial modeling techniques to evaluate multiple inputs and product offerings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist with data entry and analysis.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and sales campaigns by providing support and insight.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

• Graduation Date: Must have a scheduled graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
• Availability: Available between September 1 - December 5, 2025.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce CRM tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic Knowledge: Basic understanding of business financial calculations and an interest in aviation sales.

Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or aviation-related roles.
• Internship or coursework in finance, business, or aviation is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Aviation.

Specific Skills & Knowledge Required

• Basic knowledge of financial calculations and ROI assessments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and PowerPoint with some knowledge and use of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
